Dollhouse Day Out #2

Dollhouse Day Out #2 was a very entertaining day to say the least.  Girls were falling down walls into freezing cold wading pools; running down wet steps which lead to scratches down backs from slipping and falling; mud fights; standing under a jet stream form the shower that was like standing under a pressure hose, just to remove the mud and not to mention running away from killer crabs on the beach!

Thank you to all models, and the family members that tagged along for a laugh, for joining us on the beach for an awesome fun filled day.  We saw lots of happy but very tired faces at the end of a long day.  We hope you all managed to get the mud out of your hair.

 Now now Brooke.  That is no way to behave!

 Now I know this has a technical name but I'm going to call it the 'doing a ballerina while balancing on top of a park bench' stand.

 I can't remember how many times it took her to get her foot up there without slipping from all the mud....apparently poking her tongue out helped her get it right though!

 You can all guess just what happened next.....yup...Dana got covered in mud!

What a day and what a crowd.  It was so good to see you all there and see you all enjoying yourselves and having fun.  Can't wait until we have Dolls Day Out #3 now.

Dollhouse Model Brooke graced the pages of our first issue of D.H.A Magazine draped in stunning jewellery on behalf of Girls Love Pearls.

We are pleased to announce that Brooke will now be appearing in each issue of the magazine as the official face of Girls Love Pearls after securing a 12 month contract with them.

Dolls Day Out

Today saw the Dollhouse crew heading down the coast to Currumbin Rock Pools for a catch up with the Gold Coast Dolls for some portfolio photos, a couple of new faces to sign up and a Brissy Doll came along for a day out.  With an early start, perfect weather and good company, the day was a big success (click photos for larger view).

We are having camera use withdrawal symptoms.  The rains are a nice cool change but they are interfering with photography shoots!

We haven't forgotten about all our Guys and Dolls.  We are sorry for the cancellations lately but we will be contacting you all soon enough to catch up on shoots.

And so the blog begins

Dollhouse had a bit of a lazy day with all photo shoots cancelled due to the horrible weather in Brisbane.  We hope all our Guys and Dolls stayed dry today. Lots more photo shoots planned for next week though, so here's hoping the weather clears up for those. 

Even though it was a lazy day we have been busy busy busy behind the computers.

Our mag (D.H.A Magazine) launched it's new blog yesterday as well.  Can you tell we've been busy little workers.  We'll be showing off our models, blogging about Dollhouse Activities, showing snippets of behind the scenes and just about anything else we can think of we'll be sharing with you.

We're still, and always, looking for new models so now is the time for you to jump in with both feet in the deep end and get signed up with us.
